Architectural style
The characteristics of the existing perimeter development/roadside structures will be preserved, accentuated and combined with generous windows.
Thanks to the large windows enclosed with insulated stone surrounds, the rooms will be light-flooded and bright. In the living area, they are also available as French windows*.
Another special feature will consist in the oriel windows, which enrich both the interior as well as the exterior architecture of the building. The roof will be covered with beaver tail tiles. *French windows may be described as balcony doors without a balcony. They open completely and are secured with railings.

Minergie
The building will be constructed according to Minergie standards. Controlled ventilation will ensure a sufficient fresh air intake with closed windows. The enhanced heating insulation equally improves sound insulation.
A thermal heat pump will provide the building with reliable and economic heating.
