High-quality condominium building standards for rental apartments

The apartments at Arbenzstrasse will be built to condominium standards, achieved by the use of special ceiling and floor materials, high-standard kitchen equipment and modern bathroom designs.

The building has an elevator available which serves all floors.

Interior fittings

To ensure the best possible ambience, the bathrooms will be lined with ceramic tiles in warm colors. The floor level shower and the clear and linear design of the other bathroom appliances create a modern appearance.

All apartments come with a washer and a dryer, which are either integrated in the bathroom or hooked up in a separate utility room.

All kitchens will be equipped with an eye level oven and a steamer. The centerpiece of the kitchen is a modern Bora Professional. The system comprises an induction cooktop and a cooktop extractor which draws off kitchen odors and vapors directly from the cookware without the view to the dining area being inconveniently blocked by an exhaust hood.

The floors in the bedrooms and living rooms will be furnished with naturally oiled long plank oak parquet. The walls will be reinforced with fiberglass wallpaper, polished and painted in white.

Underground car parking garage

An underground parking garage with seven parking spaces will be available. Likewise, we are able to arrange for outdoor parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.

There is a sufficient number of bicycle stands available in the building.
